Clean 1 BR condo with private 4th floor patio terrace view overlooking the best surf breaks in Cabo, 7 miles of white sand beaches, a beautiful swimming pool, hot tubs, poolside lounge chairs, ocean front tables, outdoor shower, and lawn area. Condo is all new furniture when we purchased in 2016, new organic memory foam queen size bed, fully stocked kitchen, BBQ, TV (for DVD player only) & a small but good selection of movies, internet, dual climate Air Conditioning for bedroom/condo, in unit washer dryer, fitness room, 24 hour closed security, elevator, tennis courts and convenient 5 min access to charming downtown San Jose del Cabo, super market, golf, restaurants, hiking trails and much more.
Less than 20 minutes to airport and 20 mins to Cabo San Lucas. Costa Azul surf shop / rentals / lessons across the street. Super friendly atmosphere with owners and guests.
Note: TV is for movies only. Las Olas & our condo are far from the fanciest options in Cabo these days, and while our condo is comfortable & functional, it deserves a full remodel which it will one day get, but in the meantime it's the absolute best beach front location in all of San Jose del Cabo and if you don't need fancy, you will love it! Let us know any questions, anything we can do to help, and you'll love your stay!

No pets, sorry. HOA doesn't allow it. There is no surf locker provided with this condo. You can use the racks by the pool during the day and bring your boards up to the condo at night.
Things to Note
Jacuzzi Policy
- No Kids Under 13: Due to HOA protocol, children under the age of 13 are not allowed in the jacuzzi.
Road Noise
- Highway Proximity: Every beachfront condo backs onto the highway, resulting in some inevitable road noise.
- Light Sleepers: If you are a light sleeper, we recommend bringing ear plugs for added comfort.
POOL/JACUZZI RULES (strictly followed)
Pool hours 7am-10pm.
No children under 13 allowed in the jacuzzi.
No children under 13 allowed in pool area without adult supervision.
Babies under 2 must wear swimming diapers.
Guests must rinse off before entering.
No running or diving.
No beach toys/boards in the pool.
Do not remove lounges from pool area.
No glass.
Please do not hang anything off of the condo railings.
Due to HOA protocol, only two people are allowed in the condo at all times. Names and ages of all guest must be provided before arrival.
Construction Schedule/Seasonal Considerations
- Scheduled Construction: Construction at Las Olas Condominiums occurs from August 1 to October 15. During this period, there may be loud noise between 8:30am-5pm for all units in both buildings. Rates are discounted during the construction season.
- Emergency Construction: The HOA may schedule emergency construction projects at any time of the year, which is beyond our control. We will do our best to inform you as soon as we are notified of any such projects.
- Hurricane Season: August -October is hurricane season. We recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your trip.
- Discounted Rates: Prices are discounted during hurricane season and construction season, offering you great value for your stay.
